Terms
The agreement between you and Archon when you use it.
Who you are agreeing with
Archon is run by Saad Benryane, an individual based in Canada ("we"). When a company takes Archon over, these terms will name it and it will take our place in them. Write to [email protected] with any question.
The beta
Archon is in beta. It is free while the beta lasts, it will change, and parts of it may stop working or be taken away. We will write at least a month before any paid plan starts, and you can stop using Archon at any time.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it. If you create a workspace or are made its owner, you are responsible for who you invite to it and what they may do there.
Your content and your agents' work
What you and your workspace put into Archon stays yours, and so does what your agents make for you. You give us permission to store, process and send it only as needed to run Archon for you, as the privacy page describes. Agents can be wrong: review what they produce before you rely on it. Work is Done in Archon only when the person it is for approves it.
Models and connected services
Agents use the model providers and services you or your workspace connect. Their own terms apply to that use, and any plan or key you connect is yours. We do not resell model usage.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or use Archon to harm, harass, deceive or spam anyone.
- Upload malware, or try to reach data, workspaces or systems that are not yours.
- Get around Archon's limits or security, or overload it.
- Use an agent to do anything you may not do yourself.
Ending
You can stop at any time, and a workspace's owner can export it first. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts others at risk; where we can, we will tell you why and give you time to export.
No warranty, and limits
Archon is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 Canadian dollars, whichever is more. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Canada, and disputes are heard by its courts.
Changes
When these terms change, their date changes. If a change matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect; continuing to use Archon after that means you accept it.
